Jesus Had a Calendar and a Schedule
"My time has not yet come."
— John 2:7
Jesus said this several times to His mother, His brothers, and His disciples. And every time I read it, I can’t help but think about how important "timing" and "waiting" really are.
If even God had to wait for the right moment to do things whether it was performing miracles, speaking certain words, or completing His mission then isn’t it clear that timing is everything? It excites me to think that the Creator of the universe operates on a schedule. Nothing happens too early or too late. Everything is done at the perfect time.
So how much more should we learn to recognise our own timing? Knowing when things are meant to happen whether it’s a blessing, a success, or even a failure can bring so much peace. Once we understand this, delays won’t feel like delays anymore. Instead, they’ll just be moments when we were expecting something before its time Or maybe we were hoping for something that was never meant to be on our calendar in the first place.
This kind of clarity allows us to let go of what isn’t for us without feeling like we’re missing out or being left behind. If something is truly meant for you, it will come to you at the right time. Nothing good will ever pass you by.
Yes, people might pressure you. Situations may push you to the edge. You might even lose hope at times. But when you feel that way, remind yourself: The time hasn’t come yet but it’s on the way.
"Everything is beautiful in its time."
— Ecclesiastes 3:11
So check your life calendar every day—with hope, gratitude, and confidence. What’s meant for you will come, and it will come at the perfect time.

Well thought 🤔
